As a Partnerships Volunteer you will be assisting Devon and Cornwall Police and partner agencies with administrative duties such as minute taking and action logging, at working groups.  This opportunity will provide an insight into how agencies work together to safeguard and support the community – with this in mind we are looking for individuals who are able to contend with potentially emotive subjects.  

In addition to the Police, other Partner Agencies present at meetings may include; the local council, health services, education services, Court advisory groups and probation services.

The individual needs to have a level of flexibility to attend pre-scheduled meetings.  Initially the volunteer will support the Plymouth Safeguarding Children’s Partnership, however other opportunities across Plymouth will become available.
